Healthy sgt rasanya

dinner malam semalam
extra rajin sikit... 

almaklum la..dah join program ni kan
and awal2..bersemangat la jugak
he he he

harap2 berkekalan & istiqomah la yer
in sya Allah

grilled chicken
homemade mashed potato
salad & cherry tomato sikit
poached frenchbean & carrot sikit
ok la kan...serba sikit , tambah2 jadi banyak jugak
alhamdulillah
kenyang la makan sepinggan mcm ni
letak sos cili & thousand island sos...sikit jer
buat raso2.... 

so far bab makan memang Mummy Ayu leh control
plus memang dah lama start dah pun
but bila dah join prog IFitER ni... 
bersemangat extra sikit la
plus ada kawan2 & ada group whatsapp semua
so..joms caiyok caiyok!!!
