pagi2 share pic makanan....kan?
saja la simpan kat sini
antara makanan2 sihat yg Mummy Ayu wat lately ni
almaklumla..baru balik jumpa doc...
byk yg kena control
so...kena la mula makan makanan yg sihat2

malam tadi... 1st time cuba wat
sebelum ni baca je..
ni baru try
suhun goreng
emmm...surprising..not bad la
Mummy Ayu letak garlic, chili flakes sikit...sbb Mummy Ayu memang x tahan pedas
pas tu letak sos tiram skt...suppose x leh but skt je
than sayur2 & daging
wat mcm goreng mee hoon la
ok la..leh makan & dap gak
leh wat lagi nanti

hari tu wat sandwich ni... 
see...penuh sayur
layer2 kan dgn ayam & telur
but sayur banyak la

and also..this wrap
ayam masak merah
Mummy Ayu amik bahagian dada
sapu2 la sambal tu skt
shredded isi ayam tu
and lettuce
roll it
dappp & kenyang
alhamdulillah...

nanti kalu ada resepi yg healthy Mummy Ayu try

next nak try cauliflower plak
goreng mcm kita wat nasi goreng
emmmm...menariks kan?
