pagi ni ada ifiter
banyak kali ponteng dah
nie dah habis busy leh la join
walaupun dah byk ke laut dah

lagi 2 minggu habis program
result?
emmm....alahai
takpe la... yg penting sihat kan

  2. samalah...aku pun buat briskwalk bukan nak kurus tapi nak kuatkan lutut. lama lagi nak pakai lutut ni kan. nak kurus mcm dulu mmg hmmm sangatlah kan. dapat BMI yang cantik je pun dah syukur
