Diet punya pasal la nie.....

semua org pun busy nak diet sekarang nie
Mummy Ayu pun
takde rasa gemuk pun..
but memang naik badan & berat badan..off coz
so..nak la kurang2 kan sikit
nak diet secara drastic tu..tak mampu la pulak
so..slow & steady la...
what I do...
try to amik..light2 food..
b'fast, lunch & dinner pun
macam nasi.....makan time dinner jer
tu pun small portion la
lunch now..dah masuk 2 minggu la..berjaya tak makan nasi
b'fast....amik yg ringgan2 je..
mcm pagi nie....
soya bean + s'wich + banana
choc tu.....terbeli..
tapi lum makan lagi pun
emmm...susah la nak say no to choc
i'm a choc lover..yum yum
and novel...sgt addict sekarang nie...
semalam.....tak kuar lunch pun
tak join Net & Suziey kuar ......emmmm.. :-(
sbbnya....busy....ada satu meeting nie, kena handle sbb boss takde
bukan la kena join
but ramai sgt yg call pasal meeting tu
kalu kuar kang, call hp..lagi tak suka
so..just lepak kat opis...(tumpang opis sebelah)
layan novel..
kirim kat geng opis..
sup bakso..... + choc cake
(choc gak)
tapi pernah baca..choc tak menggemukkan
betul kan??????

hari nie..mcm tak leh kuar gak
sbb boss lum balik2 dr meeting pagi tadi
so......Net....sushi tu kita tangguh ek....?

  5. 2 minggu x makan nasi..wow dasyat tuee...bsb pernah try x nak makan nasi tapi 3 hari jerrr..lepas tue makan nasi sampai 3 pinggan.
